The working file

Handled with context.

Formation, banking preparation and annual administration are treated as one connected mandate — so the file remains coherent from the first instruction onward.

One mandate file · one accountable point of contact
03 — Mandate architecture

Structure first.
Paperwork second.

We map the legal, tax and operational logic before filing anything. The result is a company that banks, invoices and renews cleanly.

Fig. 1 — A typical mandate structure we form and administer.

A clean file before the first signature.

International mandates often fail at the handoff: bank wants one fact pattern, the notary has another, the accounting file starts late. We align the whole file before incorporation, so each step supports the next.

Before notary
Purpose, ownership, capital and board residency are agreed in writing.
Before banking
KYC narrative, source-of-funds evidence and expected activity are prepared.
After launch
Share register, minutes, accounting and renewals stay in one maintained mandate file.
04 — Packages

Three packages.
Fixed prices.

Every price is agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice.

09 — FAQ

Questions
everyone asks.

Straight answers to what founders and their advisers ask before they engage us.

No. The whole formation runs by power of attorney and courier or e-signature. Founders across four continents have never set foot in our office before their company was registered.

Yes — CHF 20,000 for a GmbH or CHF 100,000 (half paid in) for an AG. The capital is deposited into a blocked account, released to the company once it is registered. It is your money, working in your company.

We introduce you to banks that work with international owners and prepare the file they expect. The bank makes the final decision; our introductions are accepted in the large majority of cases.

From the day the company is entered in the commercial register — typically around three weeks from your first call. A ready-made company lets you start within days.

Three to five business days. Each is pre-registered, never traded, with a clean and verified history — we provide the full record before transfer.

Yes. For a new formation you choose the name from the start. For a ready-made company the name is changed at transfer, filed together with the new ownership.
